You’ll work on-site with partner companies, supporting incident investigations, OSHA reporting, and program management. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; relocation flexibility preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective action programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for training and reporting.
• Ability to work on the plant floor across shifts.

Aufgaben

• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for injuries and near misses.
• Coordinate OSHA and environmental compliance reporting and recordkeeping.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding for new and existing employees.
• Manage PPE programs, industrial hygiene sampling and exposure monitoring.
• Oversee emergency response plans, drills and first aid readiness.
• Track EHS metrics and present trends to plant leadership.
• Maintain and update environmental, health and safety programs for the plant.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify hazards and confirm corrective actions are closed.
