Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks an operations supervisor to lead manufacturing teams from design through product release. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with engineering and production to ensure on-time delivery and quality across the plant.

Applicants should have 2+ years in a lead role, and a background in engineering, science, or business management. Strong lean skills are essential for continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor in engineering, science or business management preferred.
• Required Experience: 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to workforce to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams from design to release for customers.
• Develop, define and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify resources for projects and assign major roles.
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and interface with customers.
• Ensure continuous improvement and lean initiatives are applied across the plant.
• Provide training on Lean; uphold safety and quality standards.
• Ensure uninterrupted production across weekends per direction from leaders.
