You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and focus on process control, quality, and continuous improvement within the cell.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, equipment reliability, TPM implementation, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience with focus on process improvement.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety.
• Experience with equipment and tools including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Implement process improvements and troubleshooting techniques to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Assure all equipment and tooling are working as expected to assure performance.
• Help establish TPM and process monitoring to validate process compliance.
• Audit SOS adherence within the cell to assure operator and processing equipment compliance.
• Assist in rapid problem solving to find the source of process/product variation and escapes from the cell.
• Strong utilization and development of standard work to assure consistent product and process flow throughout the cell.
