Job summary

JRG Partners, LLC. is seeking an on-site HR Recruiter to source, screen, hire and onboard manufacturing staff in the Cleveland area. You will develop job postings, manage career boards and collaborate with managers to meet staffing goals.

You will also conduct new employee orientations, run regular onboarding check-ins, and participate in job fairs to promote the company. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing sourcing experience required; machinists, inspectors, and support staff preferred.
• 2+ years in a sourcing/hiring/onboarding role; orientations preferred.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and payroll related onboarding explanations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; professional demeanor with all staff levels.
• Able to meet deadlines, high accountability, and ownership of work.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with recruiting/onboarding software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; HR training/certs are a plus.
• On-site position, Monday–Friday with daily contact with employees and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, hires and onboards manufacturing candidates.
• Develops job postings and manages career boards.
• Collaborates with managers, supervisors and partners to achieve goals.
• Conducts new employee orientations and check-in meetings.
• Attends job fairs and trade events to source candidates.
• Assists employees in walk-in HR department and supports other dept projects.
