Manpower in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to join our client’s Human Resources team. You will support plant operations, hiring managers, and new hire onboarding initiatives, delivering a seamless candidate experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of recruiting/HR experience in manufacturing or logistics. You will manage multiple priorities, coordinate orientation, and track recruiting metrics to support talent acquisition and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and technical positions, including Production Operators, Process Operators, and Maintenance Technicians.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, and plant leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate all logistics for the company's bi-weekly two-day new hire orientation program.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain candidate records, and assist with Talent Acquisition and HR projects.
