Altria Client Services is seeking an Associate Manager of Recruiting in Richmond, VA for a hybrid schedule (on-site Tue–Thu; flexible to adjust). You will lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and salaried entry-level roles, partnering with HR and leaders to meet workforce needs and deliver effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, operations, or related environment.
• Experience supporting hourly, skilled trades and salaried level positions.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and salaried positions.
• Lead talent sourcing, candidate screening/evaluation, testing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR to understand workforce needs and plan searches.
• Set expectations, timelines, and communication plans for each search.
• Develop sourcing strategies and represent the company at events and outreach activities.
• Advise partners on talent availability and pipeline health; address challenges.
• Adjust recruiting strategies to production demands and market conditions.
• Monitor pipeline activity, time in process, hiring outcomes, and event results.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
