You will drive strategic technology initiatives, partner with business leaders, and ensure reliable, scalable outcomes across environments. This role emphasizes governance, incident management, and continuous improvement in a complex enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in technology delivery, application support, technology operations, program management, or IT leadership.
• 10+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with IT service management practices (incident, problem, change, release, operational support).
• Experience leading project delivery and multi-functional technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team responsible for technology deployment, maintenance, incident management, and service improvement in manufacturing environments.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders, product owners, and tech teams to align priorities and deliver capabilities.
• Oversee execution of projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives with proper scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Drive service reliability and user experience improvements across technology services.
