Job summary

You will collaborate with plant leaders and HR to address staffing needs and streamline the hiring process, ensuring a smooth start for new hires and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruiting experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Ability to source candidates through community partnerships, job fairs and digital channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required to communicate with candidates and employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans for high-volume hourly roles using job boards, outreach, and events.
• Manage ATS, keep candidate records accurate and updated, and ensure timely dispositions.
• Coordinate interviews and support selection decisions with plant leaders.
• Communicate clearly about role expectations, schedule, environment, and compensation.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide process improvements to speed up hires.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps, onboarding, and orientation activities.
• Maintain partnerships with community organizations and local schools for ongoing pipelines.
