Job summary

EmployBridge in Mississippi is seeking an in-office Recruiter to support manufacturing operations. You will brainstorm with your team to attract great candidates, apply marketing skills to postings and social media, and build a strong pipeline to fill open roles.

Responsibilities include high-volume recruiting with urgency, managing 40+ customers daily, interviewing candidates, and completing drug screens, background checks, and I-9s so hires can start quickly.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Industrial or Manufacturing recruiting preferred.
• Must manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work.
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates.
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart.
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities.
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment.
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
