Job summary

MITER Brands seeks a Recruiter to support hourly manufacturing openings at the Hegins and Millersburg plants in Pennsylvania. You will manage requisitions, review applications, conduct phone interviews, coordinate onsite sessions, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Collaborating with HR, plant leadership, and hiring teams, you will source talent via diverse channels, attend events, and promote the employer brand while maintaining compliant, efficient recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts for hourly manufacturing positions at both the Hegins and Millersburg plants.
• Post and manage hourly openings and monitor applicant flow.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to assess job requirements and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
