Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to recruit hourly and specialized workers for manufacturing sites in Minnesota. You will work with site leadership to craft effective attraction strategies, manage the recruitment process, and build pipelines in local communities.

You will partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience, stay compliant with employment laws, and participate in career events to promote Agropur as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of recruiting experience for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Familiarity with ATS, candidate pipelines, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of hourly recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Collaborate with Plant Director and managers to tailor strategies.
• Develop relationships with schools and community organizations.
• Represent the company at job fairs and career events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain compliance.
