Agropur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for our Le Sueur, MN plant on a temporary 6-month contract (hybrid). The role focuses on recruiting both general labour and specialized workers across one to three manufacturing sites, with a strong emphasis on candidate journeys and community engagement.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with plant leadership, manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers, and ensure compliance with EEOC and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry and hourly worker needs.
• Familiarity with ATS tools for candidate pipelines and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to manufacturing context and site goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to tailor talent attraction for hourly roles.
• Serve as recruitment SME on labour market conditions and pipelines.
• Build community relationships with schools and organizations to create candidate pipelines.
• Lead all phases of the recruitment process for hourly positions, ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Coordinate offers and stay current with new recruitment practices.
