Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects, technical workstreams, or cross-functional teams in manufacturing, quality systems, automation, metrology, or a related field.
• Experience developing project plans, technical requirements, schedules, risk responses, and measurable deliverables.
• Experience working with manufacturing operations, suppliers, engineering organizations, and plant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality systems projects from requirements through design, procurement, integration, installation, validation, and production handoff.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, risks, and issue-resolution actions.
• Translate requirements into Statements of Requirements, technical specs, acceptance criteria, and executable work packages.
• Coordinate technical reviews with internal teams, plant operations, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project health and communicate status, risks, decisions, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
