Job summary

You will translate strategy into execution plans, supervise design, deployment, and production handoff, and drive cross‑functional teams to on‑time, safe delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading engineering projects or cross-functional teams in manufacturing.
• Experience translating requirements into technical specs and measurable deliverables.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, suppliers, and plant stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop engineers; travel and on-site work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality systems and manufacturing engineers.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and address gaps.
• Develop plans, milestones, risks, and issue-resolution actions.
• Translate requirements into statements of work and specs.
• Coordinate technical reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project health and communicate status and risks.
• Ensure readiness for launch, safety, and long-term maintainability.
• Drive issue resolution and hand off to plant operations with training.
