Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of direct supervisory experience or at least 5 months as an internal GM per diem group leader.
• Experience leading people and addressing performance concerns.
• Experience solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjust daily manufacturing plans; manage manpower and respond to issues to maintain production flow.
• Enforce quality processes with safety at the center; ensure compliance.
• Coach and mentor team members and leaders; address disciplinary matters and union collaboration.
• Locate and analyze operational data to support continuous improvement.
