Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience leading engineering projects or cross‑functional teams in manufacturing.
- Ability to develop project plans, requirements, schedules, and risk responses.
- Willingness to travel and work on‑site at plants and supplier sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle quality systems projects from requirements definition through design, procurement, integration, commissioning, validation, and handoff.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, risks, and actions.
- Coordinate technical reviews with internal teams, plant operations, program teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project health and communicate status, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
- Drive timely resolution of technical, supplier, installation, and plant‑readiness issues.
