Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of direct supervisory experience or at least 5 months as an internal GM per diem group leader.
• Experience managing, leading people, and addressing performance concerns.
• Experience solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision making.
• High analytical ability to solve complex problems.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, typing, email).
• Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends to meet production demands.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond promptly to the manufacturing daily plan, adjusting operations as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Demonstrate ability to manage change and navigate ambiguity.
• Drive accountability through people and processes, including difficult conversations.
