Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is working with Jenison, MI-based manufacturers seeking an experienced Quality Manager to drive QMS implementation and sustain ISO compliance. You will lead the QA team, perform CAPA analysis, and partner with production and engineering to integrate quality into every stage of manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in quality leadership within manufacturing, strong SPC knowledge, and a proven track record of audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, root cause analysis, and other quality tools.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and feedback.
• Oversee CAPA for non-conformances and root cause analysis.
• Manage internal and external audit programs ensuring ISO/regulatory compliance.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and supply chain to embed quality.
• Establish and maintain quality control plans, criteria, and testing protocols.
• Manage supplier quality programs including evaluations and audits.
