Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Cadillac, MI is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a manufacturing quality team, maintain product standards, and drive compliance with QMS.

Salary range $65,000-$92,000; bachelor's in engineering or quality field; 5+ years QA in manufacturing; ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Proficient in SP C and other quality analysis tools.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors.
• Develops, implements, and maintains the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conducts internal audits and manages CAPAs.
• Analyzes quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Investigates and resolves complex quality issues and customer complaints.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product development and process changes.
