SemiGen is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager to oversee day-to-day and strategic development of the company’s manufacturing and office facilities. You will ensure ISO compliance, lead root-cause analyses, and guide quality testing and customer requests with a small, high-functioning team.

The role emphasizes resource planning, training, and developing a continuous improvement culture across departments, with the MRB as a key mechanism for controlling non-conforming materials.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or High School diploma is required.
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards, AS9100, ISO 13485 and IPC-610.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods.
• 5-10 years of experience in Quality System management in manufacturing operation.
• US citizenship/Permanent US residency required.

Responsabilités

• Establish quality acceptance standards for all processes and ensure quality of products.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions; monitor effectiveness of solutions.
• Serve as primary Customer and Supplier contact for Quality issues and data/audit requests.
• Oversee inspection processes including customer specifications, acceptance standards, methods training, calibration, GR&R, data management and SPC.
