Job summary

PeopleSuite Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across a manufacturing facility in Missouri. You will develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to meet customer specs, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

You will oversee quality personnel and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, root-cause analysis, and expertise in GMP and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of quality supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure product conformity.
• Develop and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and standards.
• Interpret customer quality requirements and translate them into manufacturing specs and inspection procedures.
• Lead internal and customer quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality performance, identify trends, and implement CAPA to reduce defects.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service to drive quality.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
