Job summary

Associated Materials is seeking a Quality Manager to lead plant quality compliance, drive product and process improvements, and strengthen manufacturing capability. You will lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions to resolve quality issues while promoting a culture of quality across the site.

In this role you will apply ISO/QS/TS standards, deploy Lean/Six Sigma tools, and analyze data with Minitab and Excel.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field) with quality focus.
• 5-8 years in quality/process management with product/process quality responsibility.
• Experience with ISO/QS/TS quality systems; proficient in Excel and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant quality compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Define and implement quality culture across the plant.
• Use Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve process capability and quality.
