Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field with 5+ years in manufacturing or research.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, Lean and ISO quality systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Auditor certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality lab team and supervise tests and checks to ensure compliance.
• Analyze performance data and report KPIs monthly.
• Drive continuous improvement across site processes and productivity.
• Lead ISO certifications and maintain QMS documentation.
• Partner with site management on QA KPIs and quality initiatives.
