Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive manufacturing operations leadership in low to medium volume settings.
• Deep knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 13485, AS9100, ISO 9001.
• Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with strong communication.
• Experience guiding continuous improvement and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create manufacturing strategies and processes to improve yields and reduce costs.
• Establish, monitor, and meet performance criteria, targets, budgets and KPIs.
• Ensure highest product quality and on-time delivery against schedules.
• Set functional standards to align cross-functional teams for optimum results.
• Drive continuous improvement and capacity planning for growth.
• Develop CAPEX plans and resource strategies to support revenue.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and strong supplier relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the manufacturing team and stakeholders.
