Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or science-related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Requires English as primary or secondary language.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Experience in quality management in manufacturing or warehouse settings.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system as prescribed by directives and processes ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve internal processes impacting quality of outputs.
• Coordinate supplier performance and conduct/coordinate audits.
• Prepare QA reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen).
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
