Watts Water Technologies is offering a Manufacturing Engineering internship at our Fort Myers, FL facility. You will join the Manufacturing Quality Internship track under the Manufacturing Engineering team to support transformation, product-line optimization, and floor layout redesign.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Junior level or above).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to learning.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team on factory transformation initiatives.
• Assist in data analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement for product lines.
• Aid in redesign of production floor layout for efficiency, safety, and ergonomics.
• Provide support for cross-functional engineering projects, including documentation and testing.
• Participate in team meetings and project reviews, gaining exposure to engineering decisions.
