Job summary

Watts Internship Program in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Product Specialist Intern to provide daily product and project support within the Product Management team. You will assist with new product development coordination, documentation, and collateral creation, reporting to the Senior Product Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student (sophomore, junior or senior).
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Technical competency in understanding and preparing documentation for technical systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Management with product documentation, labels, and marketing collateral updates.
• Support cross-functional teams during new product development and track timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product Development to support launches and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Gather and organize product data including specs and requirements.
• Update databases and assist in developing business cases.
• Identify and report product-related issues with Engineering and Support.
• Create product docs and sales collateral for presentations.
• Support dashboard development and data analysis to monitor product performance.
