Job summary

Rehlko Company in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer–eFRAME Quality to lead manufacturing quality for large assembly operations, including eFRAME production. You will investigate quality issues, drive containment, and implement corrective actions on the production floor while partnering with Engineering, Operations and Smart Factory teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in quality/manufacturing engineering, a strong background in root cause analysis (8D/5-Why/Fishbone),

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
5+ years of quality or manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
Proven experience leading root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D or equivalent).
Experience with PFMEA, control plans, layered process audits, and work instruction development.

Responsibilities

Investigate, contain, and drive resolution of product and process quality issues affecting production, suppliers, and customers.
Coordinate supplier quality concerns and lead defect investigations with SQE team.
Manage nonconformance review activities and disposition of suspect material.
Develop and sustain process controls, LPAs, and verification activities to prevent recurrence.
Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve throughput.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Smart Factory teams on quality initiatives.
