Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Project Manufacturing Engineer to drive production performance at our Sheboygan, WI site. You will lead process improvements, collaborate with design engineering, and manage capital projects to deliver safer, higher-quality, cost-efficient manufacturing outcomes.

The role requires hands-on leadership in implementing DFM/DFA and sustaining process excellence. You will work onsite at 7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, WI 53083, 1st shift, with responsibilities spanning from planning

• Duties and responsibilities include improving manufacturing processes and reducing waste.

Responsibilities

• Drive production performance by ensuring efficient operations and meeting output goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA, A3).
• Partner with design engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA) and support new product launches.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, and material flow to maximize throughput.
• Manage capital and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Support root cause analysis and PFMEA maintenance.
