Job summary

Rehlko in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Quality and EHS Engineer to support safety, environmental, quality, and continuous improvement across the eFRAME manufacturing operation. This role develops and sustains EHS programs and leads quality initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and product excellence.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve product quality, reduce waste, and drive Lean manufacturing performance, while maintaining robust MRB processes and QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing Quality Engineering or EHS.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve incoming material inspection processes, inspection plans, quality standards, and validation activities.
• Own the Material Review Board (MRB) process, including nonconforming material management, containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and disposition.
• Partner with suppliers, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance.
• Analyze quality metrics, COPQ, and process data to identify opportunities for defect reduction and yield improvement.
• Support quality management systems by maintaining inspection/calibration programs and driving Lean improvements.
• Lead OSHA/EHS programs, audits, risk assessments, and safety training to strengthen site safety culture.
