Job summary

Rehlko in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer – eFRAME Quality to lead manufacturing quality for our large assembly operations, including eFRAME production. This hands-on role investigates and contains quality issues, strengthens process controls, and ensures products leaving our lines meet customer expectations for quality and reliability.

You will drive supplier corrective actions, manage nonconformance, and lead continuous improvement projects, partnering with Engineering,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).
5+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.
Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action through verified closure.
Experience with supplier quality management, including SCARs.
Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, layered process audits, and work instruction development.
Experience with SAP QM or a similar ERP/quality system; MES experience preferred.
Experience with large fabricated, welded, painted, or adhesively bonded assemblies and Lean/Six Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

Investigate and contain quality issues on the production floor and drive corrective actions.
Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, fishbone) and implement fixes.
Coordinate supplier quality concerns and manage nonconformances.
Develop process controls and sustain continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Smart Factory teams and communicate with leadership.
