Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer- eFRAME Quality to lead manufacturing quality for large assembly operations, including eFRAME production. The role focuses on investigating quality issues, strengthening process controls, and ensuring products meet customer expectations for quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action (8D or equivalent).
• Experience with supplier quality management, including SCARs, containment, and supplier communications.
• Working knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, layered process audits, and work instruction development.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, contain, and drive resolution of product and process quality issues impacting production, suppliers, and customers.
• Lead structured root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5-Why, fishbone).
• Monitor production quality metrics and drive actions on adverse trends and escapes.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to customer-impacting quality issues and communicate with senior leadership.
