Job summary

Rehlko in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Quality & EHS Engineer to support safety, environmental, and quality objectives in the eFRAME manufacturing operation. You will develop, implement, and sustain EHS programs and lead quality initiatives for incoming materials, nonconforming material, and manufacturing processes.

This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure a safe workplace, regulatory compliance, and improved product quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
  • Experience in manufacturing quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead QA and Manufacturing support to improve incoming material inspection and quality plans.
  • Own MRB processes including nonconforming material management and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
  • Analyze quality metrics, COPQ, and process performance to reduce defects and waste.
  • Support QMS by maintaining inspection/calibration programs and participating in audits.
  • Drive Lean initiatives and structured problem-solving across the site.
