LHH in Indianapolis seeks a Project Manager for a direct-hire role with a manufacturing client. You will manage a variety of projects spanning product development, operations, supply chain, and capital projects, driving cradle-to-grave delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in PM/OM/Business/Engineering/Supply Chain preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing or distribution/warehousing.
• Experience as project owner driving cradle-to-grave execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across product development, engineering, operations, supply chain, marketing, and other functions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects including new product development, automation, ECRs, and process improvements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, documentation, and status reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Influence stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met.
• Support portfolio prioritization and establish scalable PMO processes and standards.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet objectives.
• Create and improve workflows to support growth and PMO development.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ISO-related requirements.
