Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement at a manufacturing client in Indianapolis, IN. You will partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, establish a PMO, and improve cross-functional alignment while delivering measurable business results.

The role offers a highly visible leadership opportunity with a compensation range of $150,000-$165,000 per year plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in PM/Business/Engineering/Operations Management.
• 7+ years of PM experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide cross-functional projects.
• Experience directly managing a team of project managers.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide projects from planning through closure.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate priorities and risks.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives across functions.
• Establish governance standards and reporting processes.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Mentor and manage PM staff and support development.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
