Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing facility is required.
• Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes within a production environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ideal candidates will have experience optimizing cellular manufacturing environments.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple functional teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing cells to improve workflow and labor utilization.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Support introduction of new products and manufacturing process implementations.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard procedures.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance teams.
• Evaluate tooling, fixtures, and equipment requirements for production operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external vendors on tooling and equipment projects.
• Perform manufacturing cost analyses and support process quoting activities.
• Support ERP system maintenance including bill of materials and routing updates.
• Develop facility layouts that maximize productivity and material flow efficiencies.
• Implement error-proofing methods to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Participate in project management activities to ensure timely completion of engineering projects.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve technical challenges on the manufacturing floor.
