Job summary

B-O-F Corporation is seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead complex, customer-focused projects from concept through delivery at our Aurora, IL facility. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and production to ensure precise execution.

This on-site role emphasizes process improvement, mentoring, budget and risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and CAD software (SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to launch.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across engineering, operations, production, and commercial.
• Drive prioritization and visibility of the active project portfolio.
• Continuously improve PM processes, templates, and reporting; support NPD workflows.
• Oversee budgets, risk management, and quality to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain project documentation.
