B-O-F Corporation in the Chicagoland area is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support manufacturing projects from planning through completion. You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to keep projects on track and ensure deliverables are met.

This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, pays close attention to details, and proactively communicates to move projects

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or similar role in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a key contact for project communication and status updates.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation.
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for execution.
• Track resources and requirements to keep projects on track.
• Prepare status reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes.
