Polaris Inc. is seeking a Production Support Engineer to lead cross-functional product development initiatives from concept through production, applying PDP, PPS, and Lean principles.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales, and suppliers to deliver manufacturable, cost-efficient solutions while addressing production and field challenges. The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and process improvement across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of program leadership or engineering project/design leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence across functions.
• Strong planning, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to make decisions with focus on quality and customer needs.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development and manufacturing engineering programs from concept through production.
• Direct programs using PDP and PPS with clear requirements, milestones, and objectives.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and team assignments across functions.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to develop manufacturable, cost-effective solutions.
• Drive manufacturing efficiency and continuous improvement through Lean principles.
