Hyve Solutions is seeking an Operations Program Manager III to own the end-to-end production execution window, aligning customer demand with factory capacity, materials, and outbound logistics to protect margins and deliver every server order on time.

You will coordinate with customers, manufacturing, and supply chain to turn forecasts into ship schedules, remove roadblocks on the factory floor, and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded, while driving cost coverage for change orders and RCCA actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years with Associate's degree or professional cert.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivots, VLOOKUP, data analysis.
• Experience using an ERP system and Smartsheets.
• Operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of server products and compute manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end production execution window, aligning demand with factory capacity, materials, and outbound logistics.
• Maintain committed ship schedules and SLA adherence with a focus on profitability and new customer diversification.
• Coordinate with Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on CTB dates and shipping schedules.
• Troubleshoot on the factory floor, resolve issues, and escalate to cross-functional leaders as needed.
• Work with Customer and Hyve Traffic Team on freight, routing, and delivery requirements.
