Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure equipment operates safely and production runs efficiently. You will oversee the production process, manage staffing, training, and maintain quality standards while controlling costs.

Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience or a HS diploma with 5–7+ years in a similar role; master’s degree is preferred. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a defined bonus plan.

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and ensuring safety and quality standards

• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times
• You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor
• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the membersof the team
• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget
• Other duties as assigned
