Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Alsip, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure equipment operates safely and that production meets all quality specifications.

You will supervise staffing, training, and developing team members while managing labor and OPEX budgets. The role may include participation in a discretionary incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1 years of leadership experience.
• Or High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is in working order and working conditions are safe.
• Manage overall package and product quality; ensure standards and specifications are maintained.
• Oversee the production process; perform periodic checks and adjust equipment or work practices.
• Staffing, training, and developing team members.
• Adhere to labor and OPEX budgets.

• Salary:$75,168 - $93,960 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times

• You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor

• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices

• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the membersof the team

• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
