Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee equipment, safety, quality, and production processes. The role includes staffing, training, and developing team members while ensuring adherence to labor and OPEX budgets.

• Salary: $84,912 - $106,140 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times

• You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor

• The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices

• As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the membersof the team

• Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
