Position Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis.
• A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program.
• This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards.
• Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Technical School Certification and 6+ years of specific experience and 1 to 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree.
