Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Production Manager in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee daily manufacturing plans, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets, and develop front-line leaders across several production lines.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, Lean skills, and a track record of improving throughput and reducing waste.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years supervising hourly teams.
2+ years delivering daily build plans meeting EH&S, quality, delivery and cost KPIs.
2+ years Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and layered process audits.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple value streams to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
Drive daily production plan execution with adherence to quality and customer requirements.
Set operational priorities and accountability across all levels.
Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies.
Escalate and resolve production, quality, staffing, equipment, and material constraints.
Lead Lean initiatives and cost-reduction opportunities across operations.
