Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a related engineering field.
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering within discrete/assembly environments.
- 5+ years developing standard work, process sheets, time studies and capacity analyses.
- 3+ years with line layouts, GD&T, fixtures/tooling and process validation.
Responsibilities
- Designs, documents and implements manufacturing processes and standard work instructions.
- Develops line layouts, process sheets, time studies and capacity analyses.
- Supports installation, commissioning and stabilization of production lines and equipment.
- Leads process-improvement and productivity projects, reducing scrap.
- Supports NPI and PPAP/APQP activities.
- Applies Lean tools and structured problem-solving on the floor.
- Creates and maintains visual aids, work instructions and process documentation.
