Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a leading climate and energy solutions company, seeks a Senior Production Supervisor to lead a Fort Worth, TX production area. You will manage hourly team members and team leaders to deliver the daily build plan safely and to quality standards.

You will own front-line execution, people development, and continuous improvement on the floor, partnering with Materials, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve line issues and achieve targets in safety, quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience including supervising hourly production teams.
• 3+ years Lean Manufacturing, standard work, 5S and daily management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a production area or shift, delivering daily output, quality, safety and cost targets.
• Leads, coaches and develops team leaders and hourly production associates.
• Owns staffing, scheduling, attendance, training and performance management for the area.
• Runs daily tiered management (SQDC boards), escalations and rapid problem-solving.
• Enforces standard work, 5S, layered process audits and safety requirements (OSHA, LOTO).
• Drives continuous-improvement and kaizen activities with the team.
• Partners with Materials, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve line issues.
• Manages labor efficiency, scrap and adherence-to-plan for the area.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime based on production needs.
