Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to lead a production area, ensure safety and quality, and drive daily targets. You will manage staffing, coaching, and performance, and lead continuous improvement with cross-functional partners. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in manufacturing, including lean and 5S practices, with a focus on delivering on-time, cost-effective results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervising hourly production teams.
• Lean Manufacturing, standard work, 5S and daily management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a production area or shift, delivering daily output, quality, safety and cost targets.
• Lead, coach and develop team leaders and hourly production associates.
• Own staffing, scheduling, attendance, training and performance management for the area.
• Run daily tiered management (SQDC boards), escalations and rapid problem-solving.
• Enforce standard work, 5S, layered process audits and safety requirements (OSHA, LOTO).
• Drive continuous-improvement and kaizen activities with the team.
• Partner with Materials, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve line issues.
• Manage labor efficiency, scrap and adherence-to-plan for the area.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime based on production needs.
