You will own labor standards, line balancing, and capacity modeling while coaching teams across functions to sustain improvements.

The role emphasizes measurable savings, cross-functional collaboration, and building capability through training and certification of practitioners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of industrial engineering/continuous-improvement in manufacturing.
• 7+ years leading Lean deployments, kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Strong data-analysis skills and structured problem-solving (8D, A3, DMAIC).

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's continuous-improvement program, Lean deployment and kaizen roadmap.
• Facilitate kaizen events, value stream mapping and problem-solving workshops.
• Own labor standards, line balancing, capacity models and plant layout strategy.
• Drive productivity, cost-reduction and waste-elimination projects with measurable savings.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean tools, standard work and daily management.
• Build capability through training and certification of practitioners.
• Track and report improvement pipeline, savings and KPI impact.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Materials and Engineering to prioritize improvements.
