Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to lead a production area, manage hourly team members, and drive safety, quality and delivery to the daily build plan. You will own front-line execution, people development and continuous improvement on the floor.

You will coach team leaders, own staffing and scheduling, run daily tiered management boards, and partner with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve line issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with supervision of hourly production teams.
• 3+ years in Lean Manufacturing, standard work, 5S and daily management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a production area or shift delivering daily output, quality, safety and cost targets.
• Leads, coaches and develops team leaders and hourly production associates.
• Owns staffing, scheduling, attendance, training and performance management for the area.
• Runs daily tiered management (SQDC boards), escalations and rapid problem-solving.
• Enforces standard work, 5S, layered process audits and safety requirements (OSHA, LOTO).
• Drives continuous‑improvement and kaizen activities with the team.
• Partners with Materials, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve line issues.
• Manages labor efficiency, scrap and adherence‑to‑plan for the area.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime based on production needs.
